Warranty & Repairs

I do not accept repairs of jewellery not made by Jessie Louise Design.

Each piece of Jessie Louise Design jewellery is made with the greatest attention to detail and assessed to ensure quality standards. If your piece of Jessie Louise Design jewellery becomes damaged during the first year of wear due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired for no charge after a careful examination.

If your piece of Jessie Louise Design jewellery becomes broken due to regular wear and tear, it will be repaired at a fee determined after assessment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please note that all jewellery is final sale. Refunds and exchanges will not be considered.

I take great care to ensure that each client is pleased with their custom order prior to their final deposit. If you are not pleased with your piece, I will of course do my best to resolve the issue. Please reach out to jessie@jessielouisedesign.ca.
