Frequently asked Questions
I have this wonderful idea. How do I know you’re the right person to work with?
A collaboration is a unique process which is tailored to each client. I enjoy the process of listening carefully to your story and creating a piece which matches your vision. I ensure that the process is seamless with ample communication, the right questions, and by offering visuals of your piece before it’s made.
I’m happy to speak with you about your design prior before we begin the process, as I understand that a collaboration takes just the right fit.
Where do your diamonds come from?
My gemstones are sourced from suppliers in the United States and Canada. Each diamond has been sourced through Kimberley Process approved channels. The Kimberley Process aims to promote the flow of conflict free diamonds through a system of minimum requirements for suppliers, mines and individuals who participate. Do you take repairs?
I only take repairs for my own pieces, should they either suffer from a manufacturing defect or at a fee if they’ve had too much love over time. It’s my pleasure to re-imagine old heirlooms and turn them into new and lively pieces that are made just for you - read about my custom process here.
Is custom jewellery expensive?
Custom jewellery is a journey that looks different for each client. My pricing model is based on the current cost of materials we’re working with, my time in drafting designs, and ensuring a quality product.
I understand that this represents an investment and so I am happy to offer flexible payment schedules.
